Kolkata BSNL Telephone connection issue

Hello Sir,

I am Rathin Paul, writing to inform you that I am facing one issues related to my land line telephone connection from 3,4 months.
I am using land line telephone given by local BSNL telephone, at Garden Reach, kolkata – 700024, I was using BSNL boradband internet connection associated with it, this telephone connection I am using from 2002.

Problem in details:
My home is in shib nagar 4th lane.
1. Before 4 month there was some Shib Nagar colony road repair related work started near to my house, so local telephone exchange (located near to Garden Reach Mudiali High School) told us that they have to disconnect the line since the work is going on. Then after words around 2,3 months my telephone was kept dead, asking them about this they simply said work is going on.So they cannot start my telephone, we have to wait some more days.

2.Then before 1 month I went there to registered a complaint related to that but they refused to take that.

3.Now 2 days back my father went there to ask them where they can fix my telephone, then they simple said “they does not want repair my telephone connection, and they suggested us to disconnect the line. They refused clearly to fix my telephone connection”.

How can they simply refuse to to repair my telephone connection. I need to use my telephone, which I am not able to use since 4,5 months. I am giving you all the details below :
