Respected Sir/Madam,
SMU Enterprise is an organisation with their office in Kolkata, working in the field of household electrical items repairing on a contractual basis. We had signed an agreement with their company with regards to servicing our kitchen chimney which was purchased from their sister concern. About a month back, a part of the chimney broke and we immediately lodged a complaint with them and ask for a repairing work on an urgent basis. However, they kept calling us and asked us to get a new chimney in exchange on the old one instead of getting the part changed. It has been a month and we have been calling them almost every other day. They keep promising to get the servicing done in a couple of days but never turn up. We will be very grateful if they can be gotten to do this work.
