The water purifier throws away 65% of water given as input. There is no means to know if one of its filters has failed.
We purchased it 4 yrs ago for an amount close to 14000rs and since then have been spending more than double that amount on its maintenance and servicing. Every few days some part or the other ceases to function properly and we need to call for servicing.Also the servicing is not done by the company. It takes too many pleading calls to the service person to come and check the purifier.The hassles are endless. And all this has been going on since the time we purchased the product.
We were not told of any of this when they gave the demo.
