Kenstar not taking any action on a dead micro-oven inspite the micro-oven is in warranty period.

Hi,

In this year i bought a Kenstar Micro-oven. I lodged a complaint against it when it was not working and the machine was completely dead. The engineer came and found that there was some problem in the circuit board and concluded that it must be changed. He informed me that it will take some time to replace it as it was not available in their service center. But last day they informed us that it will not be possible for them to change as the circuit board is available in the market and they also have not given any secondary option. But my machine is still in warranty period.
Thus am lodging a complain against it as why it will not be possible for them when my machine is in warranty period.
