Kenstar Jacuzzi service not provided within warranty period

Hai sir
I am Suresh Ch and purchased kenstar jaczzi – storage electrical water heater.
Warranty period from 1 st July 2017 to 31 – Dec 2018 .
I have complained to the customer service point on 30 Dec 2018
Complaint number Dear Customer,
Your Reference no HYD3112180015 is closed,If not satisfied send NST on 9222232255.For discounted AMC call 39404040 or visit www.vgservice.co.in.
Several times I reminded to the customer service and higher official
But no use
Due this problem my self and family members facing lot problems non functioning of geyser.
So please take this very urgent & important issue .
Resolve it as early as possible .
