Kenstar induction cooktop within warranty period is not repaired keeping it for 47 days and finally I repaired it from another electronic repairer with paying 800 Rs.

hi, my name is Raghavendra and I have a problem with my KENSTAR cooktop and registered a complaint (complaint no BAN1409150070) to kenstar customer care on 14 th September to tumkur service centre JABIYULLA8494902215,SVC centre
9916214667 after keeping Induction cooktop for about 47 days they finished repair on 31st October and I went to service centre and they said everything working fine but I told them to show how it works but they said they doesn’t have a suitable container don’t worry every thing is fine now ,i trusted them and i provide them Scode( S92676 the code given by kenstar after satisfactory job) but when I back home and checked induction cooktop showing the same problem my induction cook top was not at all repaired for which I have waited for 47 days and called customer care for hundreds of times.. finally I take it to a private electronic repairer and repaired it for 800 Rs. so I want my money must refunded.. my induction cook top is in within warranty period at the time when I gave it for repair.
