Hi, This is regarding the Kenstar aircooler. The Complaint has been registered on number # 9866759881. The Kenstar support so pathetic that I have logged the complaint 15 days back and i have not got a response till now.. I keep calling Kenstar support everyday. They keep me hold on line for long and never respond. I would like to escalate this to high level and take action against the Customer care agent and his supervisor Chanti babu.
