Kenstar 5Kg washing machine breakdown..service is worst

Name of company/service: Kenstar

I purchase this worthless(for today generation)Kenstar Fully Automatic 5kg Tumble Top Washing machine which has breakdown since 2011.
I have registered several complaints:-
first on 2 July 2011-complain no.- PAT0207110045
second on 3 June 2012-complain no.- PAT0366120065
Third on 3 July 2012-complain no.- PAT0307120006
Inspite of repeated request the washing machine not repaired till date.
one company’s service personel visited at home,said the shocker(suspension) needs replacement by new one,he added spare parts were not availalble by the company and
it suppose that to make profit the company wanted it exchange with high cost models.
Hence it is not repaired.
I have purchased this machine for Rs.15,000/- in the year 2002 . It was the first time it run out of service and the respected company step back
to provice necessary services as well as spare parts.
I feel that I have been cheated by the company
