Keerthi Estates have cheat so many customer.

I booked a Keerthi Bangalore Pvt Ltd Builder’s flat in Bangalore Sarjapur Road Project of Keerthi Bangalore Pvt Ltd .After making of 17 lacks payment to Builder, after this they stopped communicating with me as further about the project progress. I am currently stating review and hence I started request to them by emails. In sometimes, Keerthi Estates sent me a letter and representing that now they are not able to get necessary clearance for the project and hence offered me an option for refund the money. I was t very happy to receive such information from Builder. But the problem was that in this time, the market price for all the flats have gone up and hence if I take the money back from them and if I shall go to book another similar flat, I shall be loosing more than 25Lacs.So what I shall be do with that type of builder , in same way Keerthi Estates have cheat so many customer

    I am a buyer in nkeerthi gardenia. Quality of construction is good and is what was expected from the real estate projects. though there was a delay in completing the project, the customer success team have made sure to provide us with one of the best amenities and features in ban galore. I would not hesitate to recommend this project to others.
