KBC call disconnected

Location/place: punjab

i got call on 17/6/2013 form kbc no 912267392700 time 2 09 pm . after giving my detail it proceeded to Computerized IVR system .ask for language choice English or Hindi .when i pressed 2 call was disconnected . Please give me fair chance to complete my call .
