I received a call regatding transfer of my number (Tata Indicome post paid) to Airtel post paid. I got the call from landline numbers that i need to submit the documents and they will send the representative for that from Karshani Solutions. I submitted the documents (Address proff and pan card, two photographs AND 250/ RS) on 25/07/2013. They provided me the Karshni Solution Slip (receipt no. 984965) and the new Airtel Sim. The representative told me that my number will be ported in to airtel within 7 days. After 10 days (on 3/8/2013) i tried their land line no.( 01203390179, 01203390154, 01203836900) but these numbers never respond. Then i mailed my problem to the officers of airtel at their mail id: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], but no solution till now. One other no is 9871729683 named Akansha but no one is picking up my phone after dialing around 2 hour continuously. I am confused and dont know what to do now. Some body please help me in this regards. I want refund and dont want to change my number to airtel.
This is really frustrating and irritating.
