i bought karbonn A21 after few days i found that it has some problem so i went to service center and submitted cell phone and after 25days
they returned to me thn i found no improvement in cell phone thn again i submitted my cellphone to service center of karbonn mobile
at tughlakabad Ext. on 24 july 2013 and its 60 days passed away and still i don’t know what is status of my cell phone. i have contacted many
times at customer care and local service center but no one helped me . i am fed up from that brand. now i want to take some serious action against
that brand because they are cheating with customers. please help me…..
