Just did not come on time and my refund was not provided

travel(REDBUS.IN).I booked a ticket with redbus for 23rd may (satara to goa) for volvo AC Sleeper for which i was charged Rs1470.On the date of journey I did not receive any updates of the bus .I protested for this as i had paid for volvo ac sleeper.I repeatedly called redbus and travel company.As a result No phone connected to anyone.All the numbers were busy, we stood up in the night and just kept calling. I called dozens of numbers given by the operator and customer care.Finally After 3 days in the Red Bus Customer Care, I have filed the Complaint. I did not get any updates, I got no phone call from the driver.But on the part of me it came to me that there was a bus was schedule and I would not get my refund.But the company did not accept their mistake and did not refund me.They did not send any details of the bus, and no details of the driver would stand in the boarding point. Company refuses to refund.which i had paid Rs 1470.I have suffered a lot because of them.I could not make a tour satara to Goa, so I had to cancel the return ticket.I lost a lot of money.If bus just came on time, then I was standing in the boarding point, why did not pick up me.Sir please do required action for the same.
