Job sheet no. W030204-1015-19729290 in the Micromax

I Vikrant S. Mistry (Mb. No. 9869717521) had submitted my handset dt: – 14th October 2015. Due to “5701 – Sensor not working”. While submitting my handset, it was assured to me by Mr. Anup,(M/s. Bhagwati Mobile) which stated that the handset will be repaired within 30-45 days, and trying his best efforts the handset will be handover to me in 30 days’ time period from the date of submission.

 

But to my great surprise there is no follow-up nor any feedback from your end which provides the status for my handset as on date.

 

As each and every time whenever if we call up on your customer care No.- 1860 500 8286. It states that I’ll get my handset within next 20 days, as this is happening with me from past 2 months.

The handset which is brought by me has a warranty of 1 year out of which more than 2 ½ months has gone for just repairing, what remains in my hand? Also refer your Phone call dt:- 02 November 2015 and mail dt:-  26 November 2015, (by Ms. Priyanka) below attached for your kind reference purpose.

Calling up you on board line no: – 0124-t4811000, has no feedback / response, for the first time when I called up, a lady picked up and gave me Mr. Maninder’s No – 09811723341, and said that he will resolve the issue but to my great surprise he denied and said “I am not the right person to resolve the issue & I do not work for Micromax.

Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and provide the solution.
