I would like to caution buyers not to invest any money in JMR Lotus. This company goes to any extent to cheat the customers. They do not respect the agreements they sign with the customers. They threaten customers to sign new booking papers and also new builder-buyer agreement. They know whom to bribe in the govt. administration. Hence, please beware of JMR Lotus. There are many other good builders around Bangalore.
