Jio did not refund a failed recharge

Being new to Jio, I made a recharge of Rs 399 (unlimited calling and data) via MyJio app. But then I don’t know what happened the recharge did not happen, instead it was being shown as Credit Amount on MyJio home screen. I requested to Jio customer care to convert the credit amount into the desired recharge but they did not do so and asked me to again recharge as it will take some time to resolve this. Later they converted my prepaid into postpaid and started cutting Rs 8 per month from the credit amount. I never told them to convert my prepaid service into postpaid. I saw this for three months as new recharge that I had made was activated for three months. Then I again asked them to use the credit amount for recharge. They did not agree, saying it is not their policy. Kindly help me to get my Rs 399 back from Jio. This was not at all a good support by Jio customer care. I have thrown their SIM card.
