jewels saving cheat and wastage huge

i have made monthly saving in joyalukas,monthly 2000.00 for two years, they gifted 1600.00 cooker(actually it cost only 1000.00)i had discontinued in eleven month and made cash of 52370.00 and bought a bangle of 19 gms. in that the cheating the wastage they charge 15% other competitor charge 8%,next they never paid any interest or bonus to my saving, they detected the gift amount of 1600.00.
so in that heavy lost and stress to me also the charges of wastage is huge.
buying jewels in joyalukkas i been stressed instead of joy.
