I had ordered two CSK official fan jerseys on 5th april 2015, and 25 days have passed but still there is no sign of the products. They didnt have the option of cash on delivery and hence i had to pay for it online. I have sent multiple mails to the mentioned mail id but got no response till now. Their grivance redressal system is pathetic and serve no purpose. even the phone number that they provided is not valid. I got no option but to post it here and go to consumer court if i am not given sufficient assurance for the Jerseys.
