My complaint number is 475934 and my contact number is 9727680957 from surat gujarat. I made a complaint in jaquar customer care regarding sanitary ware on 25th october and untill that I have made 10 calls to custmoer care number but always they make false prmoise that our surat branch service centre will give you call back and resolve it. But until today my problem is not yet resolved. They neither gives time period until which it will be solved and than I said them I will file complaint against you they respond in such a manner that do what ever you want to do we don’t care. I request you to take a strict action against them and make my problem solved. I even had a talk with their senior level executive AMIT VERMA he even made a false promise that he will arrange a calll from local area branch office.
