On 16th July 13 one of my family member sent a courier through DTDC containing a mobile and some rakhis. Courier booking person was informed about the mobile. Destination for the courier was Bhatinda Punjab. At the time of booking we were told told that it will reach destination on 18th July. When we checked online it was showing delivered and after that we asked the recipient about the delivery they told us that they have not received yet. Meanwhile on 19th one courier delivery person reached to the recipient office for delivery the packet. He opened the packet in front of delivery person and found mobile missing. Some sweet was kept there. I have written 2 mails to DTDC local offices but no reply.
