I had purchased an outdoor Sofa from Urban Ladder online via order number T772782340 on 25-Nov-2021. The delivery date shown was 27-Dec. 27 Dec is long gone, my order is showing in Shipped status since 15-Dec, but has not been delivered yet. When I write an email or call Urban Ladder customer service, they ask for 1-2 days to find out where the order is, but never get back with any information. I paid INR 25, 200 for the order and seems like I have lost my money with no recourse. Urban Ladder seems to be cheating the customers. Please help investigate.
