I placed order# 402-7591138-4320320 on 9 October 2014 and delivery estimate was 14 oct 2014.
Till 14 Oct, I did not get any update from Amazon and when I called customer service, they said their is possible delay in shipment. I told that I purchased this phone for a gift and will be travelling to hometown, hence I requested them to deliver before 18 Oct afternoon.
CS told me that it will reach me by 16 oct, and if it doesn’t get deleivered to me before travel date, ATS (Amazon Transport) can redirect the shipment.
Now its 18th afternoon and so far I contacted Amazon 5 times but they never contacted via call/sms. Now when I spoke to CS they told they need again 24-48 hours to track package. I told them my problem and requested them to redirect shipment. Now they are saying they can not redirect the package.
I asked CS to transfer the call to escalation dept and escalation person was itself not confident what he was saying. They tried to make lame excuses like it got delayed due to elections, we got lots of order due “Diwali Dhamaka”…
Amazon guys are amazing. If you plan a surprise gift like me, they will leave you nowhere.
Worst experience I ever had with Amazon.
