Item not delivered till now which should be expected to deliver till 7th Nov

I ordered an item from Amazon and my Waybill No : 69151459532 and Reference No : DGG8Vj2LR and package should be delivered till 7th Nov. Seller sent me the item on time but when I am tracking it on Bluedart site there is no update after 3rd Nov. and last update is Shipment Redirected On Same Awb (Location: ALWAR)
Address of courier company: BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD C/O TNG AIR EXPRESS, B/H YO BIKE SHOWROOM, RLY STATION RD., SHOP NO. 12, TEJ MANDI Location ALWAR (Raj.).

When I called them, they didn’t respond and hang up the phone. I went to their office and asked them to search my packet. They said packet is not in their office, it is in delhi and when I called Blue dart centralized customer center, they told me that package is in Alwar. I am calling to customer service since 6th Nov. but till date nobody delivered the packet to my address.

I feel like I have been cheated and mentally harassed with killing of lot of my precious time. Its really frustrating. I was just wondering if I have ANY consumer rights to take any action against Blue dart courier service for this kind of delay or mental harassment? If I can do ANYTHING against them? Please guide me through. I would appreciate a prompt response in this regard, I have lost my all the patience now.
