This complaint is regarding my smartphone Micromax Canvas Colors A120(white) bought on 4th of July 2014 from Unique Infoways Private Limited located in Nehru Place,New Delhi.Within days after it was bought certain problems started showing up pertaining to software and hardware.I took the device to the the Micromax authorized service centre located in Lajpat Nagar0The details of the device and related issues are as follows:

Issues regarding the device-
1. The auto focus function in camera stops working.
2. The ‘shuffle all’ option in music player never works forcing the music player to stop unfortunately.
3. The battery gets charged up very quickly and stops at 99%.Also it gets discharged up instantly.
4.The phone gets heated up quickly and while running more than one application,everything stops and takes a long time to reopen.
Despite submitting my device at your service centre for 10 days,I am facing the problem again.
Kindly look into the matter and replace my handset within 7 days or else legal action would be taken.
