Issue Regarding Mobile Service

Dear Sir,

I had gave my mobile(i-ball.AND4) to service center (Goyal Mobile Electronics-Kota Rajasthan Mob No. – 9782484688,978284688) for repair on 04-07-2016, I haven’t got my mobile. Its more than 3 week passes away. Whenever I called to them, they answer me that our system is not working or you will receive with in 2-3 days but 25 days passed away I haven’t got my mobile. Neither they give me satisfactory answer nor the accurate time period.

I am facing lots of problem due to this because I am business man person and lots of data is in that mobile.

Please do the needful for me.

    Dear Sir,

    Please give me reply this problem. I am calling this service center but can’t attend my call and sometimes switch off.

    I am totally frustrated this service center.
