Name of company/service: tata Teleservices ltd
It is about since an year, I had requested the company to disconnect the international roaming facility on my mobile number 9036056677 and refund the deposit of Rs3000/- which I had paid the same at the time of activating the service.
Despite reminding them in their exclusive stores and writing to their nodal officer, no revert or the refund has come.
Request you to intervene with the company and do the needful.
