ISD Calls Outgoing

From 22nd March 2013,ISD calls outgoing is not workable from my handset.

I have made complaint with IDEA as on 23rd March 2013,Complaint No.32984296451

As on 28.03.2013- Complaint No.33175989709

As on 29.03.2013- Complaint No.33202114528

As on 05.04.2013- Complaint No.33369858951

As on 06.04.2013- Complaint No.33439973305

after my repeated follow-up with Idea till today My compalint not get resolved.

Who will bear the loss,which I m suffering???

My work is depend upon ISD Calls & My suppliers are ther in China & because of this only I m calling IDEA customer care from last 15 days,but its of no use.

All of the options I have Tried already…..:-

1) Manual selection of IDEA Network , then Swift off/ON the mobile
2) Changing the Sim at another Mobile

but all this is not workable.

Hope any action will be taken against this issue urgently,to reduce my loss.
