MT AUNTY HAD AN SBI ATM CARD TILL 23/05/2013.IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION WE USED THE ATM COUNTER OF HDFC BANK TO HAVING THE TRANSACTION.DUE TO SOME MECHANICAL PROBLEM OUR CARD GOT STUCKED WITH THE MEACHINE.THE SECURITY GUARD OUTSIDE THE ATM COUNTER DIDNT SAID THAT THE ATM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.WE SUDDENLY APPROACHED WITH THE IMMEDIATE BRANCH BUT THEY HAD GIVEN SOME RUBBISH EXPLANATIONS.AFTER THAT WE WENT TO HDFC BANK MAIN BRANCH AT PMG JUNCTION WHICH IS IN TRIVANDRUM.AT THE TIME WE REACHED THEIR THEY HAD DESTROYED THE CARD WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.WHEN WE ENQUIRED ABOUT THAT THEY SAID THAT “ACCORDING TO THEIR RULE THEY DONOT KEEP THE CARDS OF
OTHER BANKS AFTER 3 DAYS.IF IT IS LIKE SO WE USED THE CARD ON 20/05/2013 AND THE CARD REACHED THE BANK AFTER 1PM ON THAT DAY ITSELF.WE REACHED THE BANK ON 23/05/2013 AT 10AM WHICH MEANS THAT WE REACHED THE BANK BEFORE 3 DAYS.SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THESE IRRESPONSIBLITY.
