I have ordered for a Bajaj HB09 Hand Blender White on Snapdeal bearing order no 2399407342.The order was supposed to be delivered by 14th July but I did not receive the order till 28th July.On top of after regular follow ups with the customer care of snapdeal and regular calling I finally got a message on 23rd July saying the product is delivered to you.However I have not received the product. After so many hassles and difficulties and getting in touch with their courier partners I got the product delivered on 28th July.After opening the product I noticed that they have sent me incomplete/incorrect product and I have registered a complaint with them for the same the very nxt day.They are hardly bothered about the issue and I keep calling them everyday saying what is the progress they just say our team is working on it.
I am really frustrated with their irresponsible service.Please help me out with this.
