Irresponsible support from datawind for my ubislate 7+ aakash tablet

I have received a faulty ubislate7+ I have spoken to support team & resend my tablet to them for replacement….but as per them my tablet is fine & they have resend my tablet without replace it….& iam facing same problem…I have spend rs 500 to courier my tablet….I think datwind are making customer foll”

briefly describe the problem for which I am sending it my ubislate7+,p314120350185285 is below:

· ·2nd june-12 I have received my ubislate7+..as instruction mention in the book first time before using I have charge the device for 8 hrs…but battery back is very poor. It will not work for 30 mins also..for me this is become a paper wait instructed from your I restart the device & on & charged for 4hrs..but still the battery will not work more than 25to30 mins…
· every time screen will show arm failure &trying to recover. But till will never recover, I have to restart the device everytime..
· screen touch is very hard…it will not work somthly at all.I am struglling to press it…
· auto -rotate screen is also not working at all…
· I using wi fi&gprs…but I am not able to download a single application or games from getjar…or any other website…ever time the phone will become hang up
· pen drive is not working in the device…

· the tablet has android 2.2.2 instead of 2.3 (gingerbread) mentioned in the specifications and the there is only one hardware (home) button on the tablet which is of poor quality.
· I have opened www.Yahoo.Co.In and it showed distorted colours for some gif images. This could be due to poor screen resolution or lack of hardware support.
· My tablet doesn’t offer any builtin applications to open word, excel, ppt & pdf files
· my display has got so many scratches within a few days.Display quality is very poor..
· I can’t read the product number of the tablet, pasted on the back of my tablet
· the tablet has 1 full size usb port instead of 2 as promised in the specificaitons
· I have had difficulties while registering the touch which is resistive.
· The tablet gets heated up even after a short use and may be uncomfortable if kept on your lap.
·
· I am not able to make a call from the device..as instructed your techincall support team I am using iphone earphone to make a call…but when every I will make a call device wil get hang-up….for example if I am making a call to customer care of telecome company..there is lot of distrubance in the phone one hornsound will come..if I will press on dail pad to press any key there is lock symbol will reflect in the screen…big sound will come & device will get hang-up.I am not at all happy with the device at all…there is a problem in the device & replace this device & give me the new one which will work………
· 09/06/2012 I have courier the device back to datawind to replace it..but they have not replace my device & re-send the same device which is not working at all…kindly help me to get my device replace & help me to get the new device which will work& I need 100% refund.

    Even I have received the same but
    * NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANY APPS FROM GETJAR(Even changed aircer, airtel)
    * UNABLE TO PLAY VIDEOS(PLAYING WITH INTERRUPTIONS)
    * WASTE OF MONEY & TIME & STRUGGLE TO RECEIVE)
    * FULLY FALTOOO COMPANY.

    Even waste to give to children also.
