Purchased one HITACHI made Split AC, 1.5 t, on 04/06/2012 from M/S. Ganga Jamuna of Kharagpur with tax invoice No 21860. Presently the above mention AC is not functioning ( no cooling) since 09/05/2013. I personally approach to the sell counter and got the 2 service contact no 079-35324848 / 033-35324848 for further services. Accordingly I contacted to the above mention service center in following manner and recorded the last few conversation ————–
1) On 11/5/2013 : lodge complain to 033-35324848 at 11-46 AM and received an SMS with complain ID No :13051101206( SMS been saved in my Mobile) By conversation I got assurance that One technical person will contact me within 48 hrs of working days.
2) On 14/05/2013 : as no contact has been made, I enquired about the status of my complain ID No 13051101206 at 1-35 PM to 033-35324848. Again I got assurance that One technical person will contact me very soon.
3) On 16/05/2013 : as no contact has been made, I enquired about the status of my complain ID No 13051101206 at 11-18 AM to 079-35324848. This conversation has been recorded.
4) On 22/05/2013 : at 7-57 PM received on SMS stated that Your request No: 13051101206 has been closed in our system , please call our CC No 03335324848 if it has not been fully addressed-Hitachi service center.
5) On 22/05/2013 : at 8-00 PM lodge another complain to 033-35324848 and received an SMS with complain ID No :13052205029( SMS been saved in my Mobile) By conversation I got assurance that One technical person will contact me within 8 hrs of working days. This conversation has been recorded.
6) On 23/05/2013 : as no contact has been made, I enquired about the status of my complain ID No 13052205029 at 5-33PM to 033-35324848. This conversation has been recorded.
7) TILL Now no effort has been notice from the HITACHI Service.
I have been fully disappointed with the service of such a reputed company. Presently me and my family been disturbed for such unexpected incidence. I have recorded most of the conversation and documents to get justice .
