I have purchased VIDEOCON LED TV(24 “) on 19-02-2012.It is just 10 days beyond the warranty expire.
We were very much fed up with their service in time.We have handed over TV in the local authorized service center on 1st week of March.Till now they have not rectified the problem and also not able to analyse the defect.
Being a well known reputed company, It is loosing faith in the public because of this irresponsibility
