Irresponsible customer service

On 27.05.2016 lost handset. Approached Airtrl store in Chennai 600044 for blocking of my CUG sim card 8056782730 and swaping of new sim card. Not activated till 30.05.2016. We were replied that change of postpaid to prepaid is delayed. They have not understood my issue. Till 10.06.2016 I was made to walk several times for submission of ID proof and photo. On 11.06.2016 after firing they gave me another new sim card and immediately i am getting a confirmation msg for sim swap in my primary number 9962261123. I was made to wait and wander for 9 days for a sim card swap. Very irresponsible customer service . Highly insensitive to customer needs and time.
