Irresponsible Behaviour

This is with regard to Housefull Furnitures. I bought a furniture online and was told, delivery will be made within 15 days.
The delivery was made after 1 month and that too they delivered defective parts. I complained, but that also was addressed after 15 days. Finally they delivered the replacement but now they are not sending the carpenter for asembling the same. It is already more than 2 months and they don’t pick the call. If picked, they will say, “Will Confirm from Bangalore Office and will let you know.”
