Irresponsible attitude of Voltas in handling the Problem in Split AC itioner

Dear Sir/Madam,
This has reference to the Voltas Vertis Elite 1.5 ton Split AC procured from M/s Rajat Electronics, Sector-27, Noida, U.P vide Bill no: 5315 dated 30th January 2012. Sir, we started using the AC during May 2012 (the start of the summer season). The AC stopped cooling during June 2012 (only after 1 month of use) and the complaint was launched at Customer care of Voltas for attending the problem. The problem was attended on 12th June 2012 and the technicians told us that the gas got leaked and the same has refilled.
We started using the AC again and the problem re-occurred during September 2012 (hardly 2 months of usage). Again the AC was repaired vide the Service report dated 29.09.2012. We were again told that the gas had got leaked and the same has been refilled. Upon asking the reason for the gas leakage time and again and during the 1st season of usage, no concrete reply was given by the technicians. I was told that “sir, you don’t worry, the machine is in warranty and the problem will be rectified”. Since the AC was in warranty, the gas was filled but inherited problem remained unconquered.
I persisted with my request of knowing the crux of the problem, but I was not told anything. Since it was early October when the AC was repaired and re-installed, the machine was kept under cover till April 2013. We started using the AC during May 2013. And after 2 months of operation, again the problem has re-emerged. I am told by the service engineers (Swift Aircare, Sector-44, Noida) that there is some problem in the condenser and the gas has also leaked. Therefore, a sum of Rs. 7000/- has to be paid for repairing the AC and refilling the gas. When I tried to understand the problem that why this happening time and again, I was told that the atmosphere of Noida results in Gas leakage. But I just want to mention here that I am using Hitachi AC also in my other room since 2008 and I have not faced a single problem in that AC, which is operating in the same environment.
Sir, I have tried to contact the officials from Voltas but could not reach through Customer care. You are requested to please bear some empathy with the customer who is struggling form 1st month of purchase and your AC completed even a single season. It was only due to lack of knowledge and expertise of Voltas engineers who were not able to diagnose the problem and attend the same. Now since the machine is out of warranty, the customer is being asked to shed Rs. 7000/- without any fault of his. It is the duty of Voltas to attend to this complaint and waived-off all the charges to be incurred on the maintenance of the machine. Effectively speaking, the AC has not run continuously for 3 months since installation.
I once gain request you get all the charges waived off which have been levied against the maintenance of my AC and replace my machine free of cost as there is some design / manufacturing fault which exist since beginning.
