Irresponsible attitude of MTS personnel

I am Dr.S.Vikram and I took an MTS data card (MDN no 8645940950) for internet on 10/08/’12. Right from the moment it was delivered, it never connected to the net. I filed a complaint with the customer care of MTS immediately on the 11th. I was given a complaint number (C12-48266782). I was told that it would be rectified immediately. But nothing was done. Since then, I have been calling the customer care repeatedly around 4-5 times every day and I get the same response that it will be rectified immediately. It has been 9 days now and no one has bothered to even contact me, leave alone rectifying the problem. When I asked them for a higher authority’s contact number, I was given the number (9150255255)of some nodal officer by name Kishore Kumar. When I try calling him up, his mobile is comfortably switched off. I really don’t know what else I need to do to get my data card working, having spent around Rs 1000/- for the card. I hope everyone reads this and does not get fooled by the callous attitude MTS operator. Buy any other data card, but never buy MTS. I hope this message goes to the notice of the MTS officials and make them behave more responsibly with their customers.
