Irresponsible

I had lodged a complaint on 10.02.2015 with Hathway Broadband with regards to non-working of internet. Even after repeated follow-ups there is absolutely no reply or response from them. Even when contacted their higher authorities, they simply ignore the call. One of the manager even shouted at their own executive for transferring the call to Him.

It’s been more than a week since my net has stopped working.

This is not the first time Hathway is doing such things. Every month I have an issue them. Now I have asked for disconnection of the Broadband portal & refunding my amount back, even for that there is no response.

They are just cheating customers by saying will get back to as soon as possible or the issue will be rectified as soon as possible etc.

I request your kind support in helping me to get my refund back from Hathway Broadband. I even want a compensation from them for the Loss of time & the money I wasted in calling these irresponsible people.
