IRRESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS CUSTOMER

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

ON 20/4/13 AGENT FROM VODAFONE APPROACHED ME FOR VODAFONE CONNECTION WHILE I WAS BUYING A GALAXY TAB2.
AFTER 2 DAYS, I WAS OFFERED THE NUMBER, AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THEIR REP WOULD VISIT MY PLACE FOR VERIFICATION. I HAD INFORMED THEM THAT I WOULD BE AVAILABLE AT HOME AFTER 19:30 HRS AND IT WAS AGREED BY THEM.
ON 4TH MAY, MY NUMBER WAS BLOCKED , AND ON ENQUIRY I WAS INFORMED THAT SINCE VERIFICATION HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE THEY HAD TO DO IT.
LATER, I MADE MANY CALLS, VISITED THEIR BRANCH AT ANNANAGAR,CHENNAI AND ALSO WROTE A MAIL TO THEM, TILL NOW THERE IS NO ACTION AND MY NUMBER REMAINS INACTIVE. THE PURPOSE OF THE PURCHASE OF TAB TILL DATE IS NOT FULFILLED DUE TO VODAFONE’S IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE. I HOPE THAT WITH THIS COMPLAINT THEY WOULD ACT FASTER. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH VODAFONE TEAM , AS THEY HAVE NEVER HONOURED THEIR COMMITMENT.
