IRRESPONSIBILITY OF THE ROYAL ENFIELD DEALER.

Location/place: KANDIVALI

Name of company/service: ROYAL ENFIELD

On inquiring with Mr. AMOL he said that it is possible that some customer get the RC book late. He told me to go to RTO and check . When i did the same i came to know that the Dealer has not submitted the Insurance Copy with the RTO..Nor the agent of voyage motor behaved with me properly. He was talking like an illiterate man ( aapko samajme nai aata kya, yeh mera kaam nai he). when i called up Amol he told me to give the copy of insurance to the agent. i gave and came back (wasting my day and per day salary). I went to the showroom and had a word with amol regarding the misbehaving of his agent. he assured me that he would now look into this personally and will be calling me in 3days. I DIDN’T RECEIVED THE CALL FROM AMOL. I HAVE TO CALL HIM AND WHAT I AM HEARING IS JUST “EXCUSES”. now everytime i call him he say will be calling me in 5 mins which i dint receiving after days passes. i want sum-one to look into this very strictly. i request you to call up amol and take a very strict action AMOL-91 46871014.
