Name of company/service: Reliance Mobile GSM
I have bought a reliance mobile GSM connection a few months ago and the company has started disturbing me. On each 3rd 4th day the are deducting some amount of money from my mobile without any purpose, sometime they are deducting 3 ruprees, 5 rupees or even 30 rupeens also. My complaint is as follows:
On Friday 23rd nov 2012, the company deducted first 3 rupees in morning and in noon 30 rupees from my mobile, i called customer care at *333 the told me to register my complaint at 198. but as i called 198 the executive told me that there is some technical problem so try later. After 30 min i again called the again gave me same answer, so i called after 4 hours but they even didn’t picked up the phone. I was frustrated. I relaxed for 2 days that is on 25th nov 2012 they again deducted 5 rupees, i ignored but today that is 26th nov 2012 the again deducted 30 rupees . this really made me angry and i called them again but the were again ready with the same answer”Sir, there is some technical problem , so please call after some time.” and now they again are not even picking up the phone.
So please tell me how and when i will get my money back. also please punish these irresponsible behavior of the company.
