Irrelevant Charges On the Broadband Bills

I am a user of airtel broadband service and I was getting charged an amount of rupees 85 as a charge for airtel PC Secure sofyware which I never had for last more than 3 years. I got to know about same when I got my airtel itemized bill yesterday and when I called airtel representative immediately disabled the same. I am using a personal Antivirus service for more than 7 years on my PC so why do I need this extra service from Airtel. Now the representative of airtel blaimed me that it might have been enabled by you which is never possible because I am already using my personal antivirus service and this software or service of airtel is never there on my PC. I have sent an email to their nodal officer but I have not received any response from them.
Airtel started calling on my personal mobile number telling the same story that the service was enabled from your side without any proof…I in my sound health and mind never remember to enable any such service..also I never had or have any such software from Airtel…Airtel is now simply harassing me with such phone calls..Last person I talked to said okay then I will send an email to you that this service was enabled by you…this is the way these people handle the custome issues…shear case of harassment..

Please help me on this

  1. Now I have demanded for the refund of the amount which was charged illegally which comes to a total of rupees 2800 approx…
    Mentioned below is the Calculation of the amount as per the findings:
    Airtel PC Secure Charge: Rs 85/month
    tenure from March -July2014: 29 months
    total amount: 2465
    Service tax @12%: 295.8
    Edu Cess on S.tax @ 2%: 5.916
    Sec & higher Edu cess @1% on S. Tax: 2.958
    Total Amount to be reimbursed: 2465+295.8+5.916+2.958= Rs. 2769.674

The Resolution provided is that Airtel is blaming me that i have enabled the service of Airtel PC secure…wherein i have never enabled the service from my side…what if any of your representatives who ever visited my premises have enabled the service while resolving the issue at that point of time?
