Irregularity in billing

Name of company/service: Tata Photon

I had upgraded my data device from photon to max in March. Since then, Tata has changed my bill plan without notifying me. Now they are over charging me and forcing me to pay. They send me emails, SMSes and also phone calls. Despite several explanations over phone and emails, they are not changing back my previous plan.
