Irregular Network for Internet

Location/place: Pratapgarh, UP

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecommunication

Dear Sir,
I am kirshna form Kunda Pratapgarh,UP, I have Relinace Date Card and bought LM 199 recharge.But there is irregular network in every month for 10-15 day on 6PM to 8PM and 6AM to 11AM. At mentioned time there is no network and internet connection. I complained many time but they did not response.They always says that upgradation is goning on.
