Sub:IRCTC TICKET DOUBLE BOOKING

Sir,

Iam Sudhakar .medidi from Nagpur,my IRCTC user id –HAKAR19774 dated 21.07.2012 that time iam trying to book ticket bhusaval to Nagpur after giving all quaries I got error message from IRCTC server after this I login another time I booked another ticket but that day after 5.00PM first ticket also came in my account amount deducted two times

Now I contact to IRCTC customer care he said to me It was server problem, how can bare this amount

For reference I attached all mail supprtings

Kindly note that……………………you could contact to IRCTC before trying to book the ticket again with the same particulars of journey.
It seems that you have not followed the same; hence it resulted in double booking.

i know very well of tatkal ticket cancelation not refund,but problem urs, your server is not working that time,how can bare this iam not ready to bare it.

if u not give my money i go to court,

Dear Customer,

Kindly note that said tickets have materialized within a very decent time, and you should have checked the same in the respective manner accordingly.
Hence, no refund is permissible on the subject of cancelled confirm ticket under Tatkal quota.

when i was purchase first ticket i got buy option after click buy option i got message logout,iam also checked booking history also that time not appears any ticket

NOTE:Lisition sumith am checked booking history also,i check my mail id also PNR-Number : 860 – 4314284 iam NOT recieved any mail from your end,problem is your end only

With regard to your mail kindly note that there are two tickets booked with the same journey details under the user id $UID with the following details:

– $PNR- 8604314284 and $PNR- 8204491185

We would like to inform you that you have done first attempt on 21-Jul-2012 12:20:57 PM and the ticket has been booked at 21-Jul-2012 12:25:13 PM under $PNR – 8604314284 , Further you attempted second time at 21-Jul-2012 12:35:52 PM and the same has been booked at 21-Jul-2012 12:36:17 PM under $PNR- 8204491185.

It means that we have confirmed the first ticket booking on 21-Jul-2012 12:25:13 PM before your second attempt 21-Jul-2012 12:35:52 PM.

As per our Terms and Conditions, one is supposed to take the following steps if he doesn’t see the ticket window after payment-

-Check the booked-tickets history -Kindly note that on pressing the ‘Buy’ button on the ticket reservation page, the payment is processed and the booking is done and the confirmation of your booking is displayed on your screen. If for any reason, the reservation output details are not displayed in your monitor, check the booking history. If the ticket is booked it would appear there.

-You may also check your e-mail for the details of your booking. You are also advised to contact IRCTC before trying to book the ticket again with the same particulars of journey.

It seems that you have not followed the same; hence it resulted in double booking.

The inconvenience caused in this regard is deeply regretted.
Note: Refund for cancelled tickets in case of double booking will be granted after the deduction of the cancellation charges by Railways.

Note : Kindly note that no refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed Tatkal ticket.

Sir,

Iam sudhakar from Nagpur i booked one ticket Bhusaval to Nagpur dated 22.07.2012,

1)First time to book ticket after payment Option i was geting message logout 11.45 am.iam also checked booking history but its not not availble pnr number-8604314284

2)secound time i booked ticket it was secussfully booked 12.10am pnr number-8204491185

** Note:after 5.00 am first ticket also booked how its is poosible
