IRCTC SBI credit card

Hi All,

I have applied a IRCTC sbi credit card in the last month October and it was approved too. However, I haven’t recieved the credit card till now. On October 16, the BlueDart courier man came to give credit card however he had refused to give because of name miss match. I raised service request regarding this and they told me to wait untill October 26. Then again the courier boy came on 31 October to give credit card but again same he refused for name miss match. Again I raised a query regarding this, and they told me to wait 7 working days. Now it’s been 14 working days but I didn’t get mt credit card as of now. Also the bill was generated and they charged 586 Rs. December 1st is the due date So without my credit card number or without my credit card activate how they charged money I don’t know.

Same thing I was told with customer care again they are telling to wait 22 November. That mean I will only have 1 week to pay my due.

As per id proof: My name is Naga veni gopala krishna Makkena
But in overthere courier my name is Naga veni gopala kri Mallena.

That’s the reason they are refusing to give credit card. I don’t know where this mistake was happend whether it’s from sbi or from BlueDart.

Please help me to get resolved at the earliest.

    Hello, today is 30th November and tomorrow is due date to pay my credit card bill but till now I haven’t got my credit card. Now advise me IRCTC SBI how should I pay my due. If I will not pay my due then my CIBIL score will be decrease and it’s effects to my future loans to get approval. Hence, I decided one thing that I will not take your credit card. I mean I don’t require your credit card. So please do not send any more emails and messages about SBI credit card.

    Hello,

    Today 5th December, I received the credit card but I need to pay only 590 rs for joining fee but SBI charged Rs 472 extra amount for the late fee. That mean total 1072 Rs I should pay. This is not my mistake for the late fee, you have processed this delay and charging amount from customers.
    I need explanation for this and I will not pay late fee amount
