I have taken the internet connection about 6 months back and since the month i face a lot of internet problem in my locality like slow internet connection and when i call up the customer care and ask them for the details they just wont response properly and even i was said that i will be given a gift for taking a year wise connection and based on this complain i have been to beam telecom main office for about two times and they said i will be done in a week and its almost a month to complete and no action till date! i request to take a serious action on this!
