i had purchased IPHONE 5S on 24.05.2014 from CROMA Store Banashankari 3rd Stage bearing Invoice No. SLF02A073030026561.
I had just used it for about a weeks time, where i found the following issue
for which i went personally to CROMA Store handed over the entire box including all the accessories for which i had received an Acknowledgement Note MEP 78008 and Gate Pass No. 698 dt 04.06.2014.
Issues
1. Phone Hanging where i could not receive call or either make calls.
2. some times it is used restart by itself.
3. Every 10 to 15 minutes i had to power-off and power-on to make calls.
These issues where also shown to the CROMA Store Manager.
I had requested the CROMA Store manager for replacing the Product bearing IME No. 358692057873749 for which i got a reply that it would be sent to the service centre for servicing and to keep the same under observation.
i received a call from CROMA Store to pick up the iphone as it was serviced and as per CROMA Store manager that the issue is rectified. I picked up the phone from the Store, to my surprise within half hour I found the same issue again.
I again went to the CROMA Store and told the problem and requested to change the product or return back my money. I am not satisfied with the product and every time i cannot switch-off and switch-on and it is ridiculous to do so. I bought the iphone thinking that the product is good, but again the store manager requested that he would get a replacement of the product. Around evening on 07th June i received a call from your service center saying that the product cannot be replaced and i was asked to come to service center. The question is why should i come and if the product is not working the way it has to then as a customer i have every right to get back what ever i had paid , i feel i am being betrayed and I hear from CROMA Store manager that the money cannot be returned back as there is no such policy, i beg to differ with this as the product is faulty and now i am not satisfied i would request you to please return the Money.
I think there is a policy around the world that if your are not satisfied with the product after using it for about weeks time and the product is returned without any damages i am entitled and right to get back my MONEY. i nevery expected this kind of a service from Apple corp.
If the issue is not resolved i would take it up very seriously and i will be forced to take up a action. I cannot run around to your service center and CROMA Store for nothing, almost now for about 10 days i do not have a phone and my work is getting hampered which is a very serious concern.
On positive note i would request you to please return my money. I would also request you if you can share the escalation matrix so that i can keep your higher ups in the loop.
