Investors Guide’ s Fraud

I bought a flat in raj nagar exten..from Investors guide and got a credit note from the company that once I’ll complete 40% payment of the flat, they’ll provide me Rs. 60,000 in cash as a discount. But now it’s been more than 4 months since I completed 40% payment and despite continues reminders, Investors guide not providing money and today Manmeet singh from Investors Guide, very rudely denied of any promise or credit note and said that they will not provide me any money at any cost.
