I somnath naskar registered a two wheeler insurance policy with Bajaj
Allianz Pvt.Ltd from Vinline Engineering Pvt. Ltd. At Narayantala
(west), Kolkata – 59
West Bengal with Cash payment of Rs.950.00.But mistakenly they put
wrong chassis no. On the policy. And Interestingly later they sent me
letter saying
that a SBI cheque with amount Rs.3430.00 which ‘I put for the same
policy’ with same wrong chassis no had bounced. The cheque no. did not
match current cheque series.i met with an accident recently but
service center and insurance company declined give the claim. I
repeatedly requested them for the rectification but the insurance desk
(Mr. Sikdar 933016215) at the Vinline showroom told me for alternate
policy for another company but declined to correct the chasis number.I
am ready to attach all the required documents.
Please help me as early as possible. my bike is at the
service center since 12.06.13.
