Invalid Recharge

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM, Hyderabad

I recharged my mobile with RC 37 on 21st June, 2013. The Recharge has done on the same day and I received a message which was saying , ” RC 37 done.Local Calls 1p per 2secs, Val 30 days.Relliance.Unltd Whatsapp Fb Rs 16 per month.Dial *777*16#”. But unfortunately the RC 37 is not a valid recharge. After that I called customer care and asked about this. They told that the RC 37 is not a valid Recharge. After that they have taken the complaint on 25th June, 2013 to add my Recharge amount. The complaint numbers is 204856591. They said that your request will be resolved in the next 4 days. After that I called on 27th June, 2013 to remember about my request, but one of the superiors said, “Your amount has been credited at the time of recharge and also you received a message which is saying that your amount has been credited”. But the fact is that I didn’t receive any message regarding the credited amount and I said the same. After that I disconnected the call with the frustration. Today i.e., 02nd July, 2013 I called customer care and asked about my request. They said “Your amount will not be credited, because of wrong recharge”.

I want my money back kindly help me.
I have recorded the last call and I have full details of my last recharges.
